ALE design and manufacture a range of laser engraving and scanning systems. These systems utilise state of the art laser technology for engraving, texturing, mask imaging and micro-machining the surface of cylindrical forms.
ALE will present flexo and letterpress engraving machines using CO2 and/or fibre lasers to produce high quality flexo plates/sleeves.
In addition, ceramic anilox engraving systems will be featured utilising ALE's high quality, high productivity MBV system.
3D engraving and 3D scanning systems will be showcased. These systems are used to produce full size and tooling size embossing rollers. Topographic engraving can be made into ceramics, metals and polymeric surfaces.
