Online

Overall website sponsor
The most high-profile branding opportunity! As the ‘IPEX South Asia 2011 Online Partner’, your branding would appear in the main masterhead of the website. Your logo would also appear on the side panel bars and selection of additional pages.

Banner Adverts
A great branding opportunity. Website banners are a highly visible method of increasing your brand, profile and pushing visitors to your website. It also enables you to communicate a specific message surrounding your involvement at IPEX South Asia. Spec details available upon request.

Pre-show

Direct Mail
The direct mail campaign will be broken down into two parts, visitor ticket mailing (2 mailings) and pre-registered visitor badge mailing (1 mailing).

You can sponsor a mailing from either campaign and your logo will appear on the accompanying letter and the envelope.

Email
Separate email campaigns to visitor prospects and pre-registered visitors will be taking place.

You would be sponsor of an individual email to visitor prospects (6 emails available) or pre-registered visitors. Your logo, hyperlink and 50 words of text will appear on every email (6 emails available).

Onsite in Halls

Sponsored lanyards
Each lanyard to carry sponsor's logo and distributed to every visitor at the registration area. The events’ official lanyard.

Show carrier bags
Your own branded carrier bags distributed at the entrance registration area. (Bags to be supplied)

Registration area
Be the first company name every visitor will see as they arrive to register. From signage, branding to pens and other give away materials.

"You are here" boards
2 branded ‘you are here boards’ strategically positioned around the hall and venue, highlighting your stand.

Press Office
Make sure all press know you are at the exhibition with extensive branding and promotion within the Press Office at the event. This opportunity also includes branding within the press area of the website, your logo on all dedicated press signage, priority positioning of your press packs, give-aways within the Press Office and access to the contact details of all attending press.

VIP Lounge and Catering Area
The VIP Lounge is an exclusive area for VIP guests. The VIPs will be some of the major industry figures and decision makers. Make sure they see your brand by sponsoring the lounge and catering area.

Visitor Catering Area
The visitor catering area is one of the busiest areas of the show. Sponsoring this area gives your brand a prominent position and a fantastic chance to expose your brand to visitors.

Roadway within BEC complex
The official event roadway (within the BEC complex) leading up to Hall 6. Opportunity to sponsor a hoarding position as visitors walk up to the main entrance. Artwork and printing not included.

Front Entrance Banners
Large front entrance banners on outside wall of Hall 6. Sizes and specs available on request. Two positions available.
