DAYA THERMAL LAMINATING MACHINE OCTS 2S SPECIALLY FOR DIGITAL PRINTS

DAYA doesn’t leave any opportunity to explore and provide solutions for newer applications, especially digital photo print industry. In a major addition to its Thermal Lamination Series, India’s largest manufacturer of Film Laminating machine, DAYA, has introduced cost-effective Double Side Thermal laminating machine. Due to special inks and toner of digital prints, the second side print is subject to damage during singe side thermal lamination. Hence, we have designed machine to laminate both sides at a time to protect the digital print. The machine is also equipped with pneumatic pressure controls and auto cutting mechanism. This machine is already running successfully at leading Digital Printers of India – Gee 7 Printek, Ludhiana, CMS Info Systems – Delhi, Rajneesh Photo Sales, Chandigarh, Chandigarh Album Manufacturing, Chandigarh, Dulari Digital Photo Services, Ludhiana, Aggarwal Digitals, Hissar, Blue Star Printek, Patiala, Kala Digital, Jaipur, Shrikarni Poly Products, Delhi.

In order to cater specific Digital Print size, we have now introduced special size of 500mm (20”) and it shall be on display at IPEX SOUTH ASIA, 16-19 Sep 2011 at Stand D-18.
